Gabriola in early Fall
Here are some pictures I took when we were going for a drive on South Road on Gabriola Island. There is so much to see when you are on the island. It is crazy to think that Grand Cayman was only about 2 miles wider and 4 miles longer than this one. If you put into perspective then there is not that much to see!! Here there is wilderness and outdoors and fun!
You can see Nanaimo just behind the clouds.
Hannah was eating rice cereal and doing really well until one week into the feeding! She was getting little reddened spots around her lips so I decided to cut it out of her diet. She is now on Oatmeal for about a week and cross your fingers - no reaction yet!!
Mom, Hannah and I got all ready one day to go for a long walk until.... we had to cross through and path in a forested area where you had to go on someone's driveway to get to the path. The only thing is they have dogs. Big Pitt Bull dogs. We thought that is okay we will chance it. But before we even got there 3 big dogs from another yard came bounding out to the road we were on barking away. Scared the crap out of us so we turned around and walked the other direction. It actually turned out to be a nice walk anyway. Here are some of the low lying clouds and this was the road that the dogs came barking at us. Pretty scary.
Here is a field we went walking by.
