Goodbye Grandma Frances

Hannah Banana was fortunate to have been able to visit Grandma and we had a really great time when we were there. Jay and I had hoped that Paige Frances Pearl Cheek would have been able to meet her this summer but that is not meant to be. We still hope to make it out to see Grandpa and have him meet Paige! And they will have Grandpa hopping around!

Grandma left us on May 28, 2009. She was up in the morning and did her usual everyday things and then decided she would have a short nap and wanted to be woken for Price is Right. It seems as though it was her time to go, I am so glad that she left us the way she did. Without a doubt she is missed. The strength that she had will carry through in all her family and we will always remember all the memories (and there are many)she created with us. I have comfort that she is watching out for all of us now and is guiding us to do good! Goodbye Grandma, we love you.
