ah SIGH....
We have been spending alot of days up at the property and no matter what the day is like before getting there when I turn the corner to our road I breath a sigh of relief and let all the worries and stresses go away. It is so peaceful up there.... Hannah has been having a blast and for 2 days in a row has not napped during the day and played her little heart out....
Here is Paige and Braeden having their nap in the trailer. It sure is nice having it up there so that when we go play we don't have to bring too much with us. Or that is the idea anyway. I somehow have to learn how to pare things down. But then again.... it sure is nice having everything we need. We even have a phone now up there so we can reach anyone we need to!
Grandma with the girls. Mom and Bruno have been spending alot of time up there with us and helping us out tremendously with cleaning up and making it our place.
Daddy and Hannah going for a walk. Hannah is beginning to get outdoor legs.... lots of scratches and bruises but she is handling it like a trooper. She changes when she gets up there too and loves to explore. Today Daddy taught her how to look for bugs! She was playing with an ant today. I love that she is okay with it....
Mom and Bruno hanging out on the swing
Daddy and Paige . The girls were happy to have their Daddy around more now that tax season is over. Although that does not mean that he is still not busy. He will be busy during this transition phase.
Dirty Girl! Hannah is loving playing with the water toy that Auntie Nadine and Uncle Aaron brought up for her. Of course she needs to mix the sand in with it too!
My sleeping baby. I just love the cuddles and snuggles and Paige has some extra cuddle pounds for me to squeeze!

Hannah is loving the horses behind us. So we go meet them around supper time which is when they seem to come down to our fenceline each night. I will have to teach her not to go visiting them without an adult. It is a worry but we will work on it. We have also been talking about getting a dog. It will have to be a good dog for kids and also big enough that it will help deter any wild animals coming to visit. I am sure the neighbor above us keeps a watch on that because of his horses. But we still are concerned about that. So if anyone knows of breeds that are good for children, easy to train and mellow let us know!

And then the end of the day after playing her little heart out. We come home and bath after a day like this and off to bed we go! Tons of fun! We are going to look into hooking up the well temporarily so that we will be able to hook up a sprinkler and fill up her pool this summer! The weather is warm and she will need it. Good thing for the A/C in the trailer too so we will be able to cool off the girls.

Braeden boy visiting the girls!
Cousins! We will have to work on getting a photo where they are all looking at each other.
When Mackenzie was little we took an elf-like photo of her, then for Hannah so it was Paige's turn.... Braeden would not cooperate so we will have to try again another day. I am not sure Paige was impressed with us.
I am such a terrible mom. Paige was almost squirming herself out of the chair. But that is just the beginning. Today the poor little girl flipped herself right off the ottoman in a somersault kind of fashion. All I saw was her legs in the air and then on her tummy on the floor. I waited to see if she would cry before picking her up and then when the crying began I did to console her. Luckily she was not hurt and she settled right away. I think the areodynamics scared her more than anything. I guess I cannot leave her on the ottoman by herself anymore! Lesson learned....Hannah and I had a rain day last week and we played with playdoe for the first time. She had a blast..... Remember the eating crayons problem we have been having? Well we still have that problem as well as coloring on the backs of chairs but we also had to try the playdoe.... But she said, "I don't like it!" We will see if it stops her again....
